Narrative:

Ramper guided us into our parking spot at psp. Area was clear at that time. Ramper chocked and plugged in the gpu. At that time we proceeded to shut down the aircraft. As the ramper finished plugging in the gpu, he saw the wheelchair hit the left propeller. Me and my crew were unaware of what had happened until after the passenger were deplaned. The ramper said that the wheelchair rolled approximately 23-25 ft into the left propeller. There were no other witnesses. Damaged 3 of the 4 blade tips.

Title: A DHC8 ON ENG SHUTDOWN WITH THE L PROP STILL TURNING, WAS STRUCK BY AN UNOCCUPIED WHEELCHAIR INCURRING DAMAGE TO 3 OF 4 BLADES.

Narrative: RAMPER GUIDED US INTO OUR PARKING SPOT AT PSP. AREA WAS CLR AT THAT TIME. RAMPER CHOCKED AND PLUGGED IN THE GPU. AT THAT TIME WE PROCEEDED TO SHUT DOWN THE ACFT. AS THE RAMPER FINISHED PLUGGING IN THE GPU, HE SAW THE WHEELCHAIR HIT THE L PROP. ME AND MY CREW WERE UNAWARE OF WHAT HAD HAPPENED UNTIL AFTER THE PAX WERE DEPLANED. THE RAMPER SAID THAT THE WHEELCHAIR ROLLED APPROX 23-25 FT INTO THE L PROP. THERE WERE NO OTHER WITNESSES. DAMAGED 3 OF THE 4 BLADE TIPS.
