Narrative:

I wanted to fly a photo mission over the san francisco-oakland bay bridge after the recent earthquake. I personally got briefed at oak FSS and got all flight restrictions. I flew the mission over the damaged portion of the bridge at 1400', 50' below the ATC floor in that area. I was on the 300 degree right, so I was outside the 310-320 degree right restriction off oak VOR. I am afraid ATC might see my 2000/1450' altitude as a violation of the 2000' floor established for the restr area. I did not violate any restriction imposed--neither altitude, airspace nor otherwise.
