Narrative:

Flying north along beach at 1000 ft. Radioed ft pierce. Told to proceed up beach. Handed off to/or told to talk to vero beach. Called frequency 126.1 as published on chart, got no response. Called ft pierce back. Told I had wrong frequency, I should be on 119.05. By this time I may have penetrated vero's air traffic area. I was off shore approximately 1 mi. The chart should have active frequency. The confusion distracted me just long enough to create potential problem. Ft pierce should have given me correct frequency as well. Surely they knew that vero wasn't responding to 126.1. The 2 air traffic area's almost overlap.
