Narrative:
I believe that the new airspace for the ZAU northeast area is completely unsafe. I was just working a busy rush at the pullman sector and the airspace was practically a free for all. Aircraft that do not have RNAV capabilities turn south into the departures for another sector when they are supposed to be on an airway; there is very little flow now and aircraft saturation is at an all-time high. I have written a 2 page comment form to management that states all of the flaws of the airspace and the response is that it will take at least 2 yrs to see any kind of change.
