Narrative:

Unknown aircraft transitioned the edge of ont ATCT class C airspace. Near fonta intersection, I issued traffic to air carrier X who reported a cessna in sight about 500 ft below him. This area is seeing more and more aircraft at ont's outer marker (fonta). An airspace extension is needed to keep VFR aircraft away from IFR arrivals to ont runways 26.

Narrative: UNKNOWN ACFT TRANSITIONED THE EDGE OF ONT ATCT CLASS C AIRSPACE. NEAR FONTA INTXN, I ISSUED TFC TO ACR X WHO REPORTED A CESSNA IN SIGHT ABOUT 500 FT BELOW HIM.
