Narrative:

I took over the sector R11 and was briefed that W151 was hot only FL200 and below; so ZJX owned the airspace above. I 'short cutted' about 5 aircraft along the coastline to help with the flow of the sector. After being on position for 1 1/2 hours; my d-side called to request control for turns for an aircraft landing pql at FL280 to give him direct to the airport on top of the warning area. I turned the plane and when my d-side went to point out the aircraft to R30 again; the R30 controller said that he was showing the warning area hot FL700 and below. My status information area on my side of the room said FL200 and below. I asked the supervisor and she said that she took the area over from the previous supervisor and that the other board said FL700 but she did not change or look at the other status information area. My d-side called the mission controller at eglin and they confirmed the airspace had been hot for a while and they took pointouts on our aircraft. I never received a strip or notification and the airspace had been hot since I sat down. This is a recurring problem because we do not use a-sides anymore to hand us the written strips with airspace times and altitudes. The supervisors quickly shuffle through the strips; throw them away and then forget to tell controllers. This has happened to me over 6 times in the past 6 months. The supervisors also never call us on the recorded line to verify this information. They usually just yell it out to the area and assume you heard them; while you're busy working aircraft. I have reported all of these deviations and no action or investigation is ever taken.

Title: ZJX CTLR DESCRIBED OPDEV WHEN COORD REGARDING WARNING AREA LIMITATIONS FAILED AND AIRSPACE INCURSION OCCURRED.

Narrative: I TOOK OVER THE SECTOR R11 AND WAS BRIEFED THAT W151 WAS HOT ONLY FL200 AND BELOW; SO ZJX OWNED THE AIRSPACE ABOVE. I 'SHORT CUTTED' ABOUT 5 ACFT ALONG THE COASTLINE TO HELP WITH THE FLOW OF THE SECTOR. AFTER BEING ON POS FOR 1 1/2 HRS; MY D-SIDE CALLED TO REQUEST CTL FOR TURNS FOR AN ACFT LNDG PQL AT FL280 TO GIVE HIM DIRECT TO THE ARPT ON TOP OF THE WARNING AREA. I TURNED THE PLANE AND WHEN MY D-SIDE WENT TO POINT OUT THE ACFT TO R30 AGAIN; THE R30 CTLR SAID THAT HE WAS SHOWING THE WARNING AREA HOT FL700 AND BELOW. MY STATUS INFO AREA ON MY SIDE OF THE ROOM SAID FL200 AND BELOW. I ASKED THE SUPVR AND SHE SAID THAT SHE TOOK THE AREA OVER FROM THE PREVIOUS SUPVR AND THAT THE OTHER BOARD SAID FL700 BUT SHE DID NOT CHANGE OR LOOK AT THE OTHER STATUS INFO AREA. MY D-SIDE CALLED THE MISSION CTLR AT EGLIN AND THEY CONFIRMED THE AIRSPACE HAD BEEN HOT FOR A WHILE AND THEY TOOK POINTOUTS ON OUR ACFT. I NEVER RECEIVED A STRIP OR NOTIFICATION AND THE AIRSPACE HAD BEEN HOT SINCE I SAT DOWN. THIS IS A RECURRING PROB BECAUSE WE DO NOT USE A-SIDES ANYMORE TO HAND US THE WRITTEN STRIPS WITH AIRSPACE TIMES AND ALTS. THE SUPVRS QUICKLY SHUFFLE THROUGH THE STRIPS; THROW THEM AWAY AND THEN FORGET TO TELL CTLRS. THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME OVER 6 TIMES IN THE PAST 6 MONTHS. THE SUPVRS ALSO NEVER CALL US ON THE RECORDED LINE TO VERIFY THIS INFO. THEY USUALLY JUST YELL IT OUT TO THE AREA AND ASSUME YOU HEARD THEM; WHILE YOU'RE BUSY WORKING ACFT. I HAVE RPTED ALL OF THESE DEVS AND NO ACTION OR INVESTIGATION IS EVER TAKEN.
