Narrative:

A crj was cleared to cross runway 27R at the forward high speed. I observed an aircraft Y rolling out on runway 27R. I instructed this aircraft to turn at the taxiway C high speed. I also noticed aircraft Z short of runway 27R and when aircraft Y turned off, air carrier Z asked about aircraft Y. I told him to cross and call ground.
