Narrative:
Hearback readback error. Air carrier X issued a clearance to cross 10 mi south of delancy at and maintain FL190. Air carrier X read back FL180 and was not caught. This led to the air carrier X in conflict with air carrier Y both at FL180 converging. TCAS RA appeared to work as air carrier X continued to descend and air carrier Y climbed to avoid conflict.

Narrative: HEARBACK READBACK ERROR. ACR X ISSUED A CLRNC TO CROSS 10 MI S OF DELANCY AT AND MAINTAIN FL190. ACR X READ BACK FL180 AND WAS NOT CAUGHT. THIS LED TO THE ACR X IN CONFLICT WITH ACR Y BOTH AT FL180 CONVERGING. TCAS RA APPEARED TO WORK AS ACR X CONTINUED TO DSND AND ACR Y CLBED TO AVOID CONFLICT.
