Narrative:

The passenger in seat X (I was informed first by the #4 flight attendant) was unruly and yelling (at the time of boarding) to the #4 flight attendant about not wanting to stow her bag, which was against the bulkhead. The #4 flight attendant came to me and told me of the situation. I told her to inform the captain. The apt told her and myself that the woman had 1 more chance to cooperate or she was going to have to get off the aircraft. I went back to the passenger. She was praying and had her head down. I touched her elbow to get her attention and she started screaming at me. She wouldn't stow her bag and she started throwing other people's luggage. I told her that the apt was going to inform her that she needed to get off. She charged up to the cockpit and sat on the floor and wouldn't move. She was cursing the airplane and wouldn't get out of the cockpit. Finally the first officer got her out and she told the agent that I was slapping her and that I was prejudice of cubans. She laid on her stomach in the entrance of the aircraft, screaming that she wasn't leaving. They (agent) told her that security was going to have to forcefully remove her. They also told her that if she would get off the airplane they would put her on the next flight to dc (which I hope didn't happen because she was very mentally distraught). She finally got up and stepped out of the aircraft onto the jetbridge. I closed the door and we left for dca.

Title: CABIN ATTENDANT RPT, S80, MIA-DCA. ON BOARDING, WOMAN REFUSED TO STOW BAGS, THREW A TEMPER TANTRUM, SAT ON COCKPIT FLOOR AND WOULDN'T MOVE. FO REMOVED HER AND SHE LAID ON FLOOR AT PLANE'S ENTRANCE, FINALLY FORCED TO LEAVE.

Narrative: THE PAX IN SEAT X (I WAS INFORMED FIRST BY THE #4 FLT ATTENDANT) WAS UNRULY AND YELLING (AT THE TIME OF BOARDING) TO THE #4 FLT ATTENDANT ABOUT NOT WANTING TO STOW HER BAG, WHICH WAS AGAINST THE BULKHEAD. THE #4 FLT ATTENDANT CAME TO ME AND TOLD ME OF THE SIT. I TOLD HER TO INFORM THE CAPT. THE APT TOLD HER AND MYSELF THAT THE WOMAN HAD 1 MORE CHANCE TO COOPERATE OR SHE WAS GOING TO HAVE TO GET OFF THE ACFT. I WENT BACK TO THE PAX. SHE WAS PRAYING AND HAD HER HEAD DOWN. I TOUCHED HER ELBOW TO GET HER ATTN AND SHE STARTED SCREAMING AT ME. FINALLY THE FO GOT HER OUT AND SHE TOLD THE AGENT THAT I WAS SLAPPING HER AND THAT I WAS PREJUDICE OF CUBANS. SHE LAID ON HER STOMACH IN THE ENTRANCE OF THE ACFT, SCREAMING THAT SHE WASN'T LEAVING. THEY (AGENT) TOLD HER THAT SECURITY WAS GOING TO HAVE TO FORCEFULLY REMOVE HER. THEY ALSO TOLD HER THAT IF SHE WOULD GET OFF THE AIRPLANE THEY WOULD PUT HER ON THE NEXT FLT TO DC (WHICH I HOPE DIDN'T HAPPEN BECAUSE SHE WAS VERY MENTALLY DISTRAUGHT). SHE FINALLY GOT UP AND STEPPED OUT OF THE ACFT ONTO THE JETBRIDGE. I CLOSED THE DOOR AND WE LEFT FOR DCA.
