Narrative:

According to flight attendant #4, on the flight abcd from ric to dfw, dec/xa/01, she told passenger mr X to turn off the cell phone, but he didn't. He was consistently mean to her by saying all airlines should have same rules, or threatened to her to write up to president of airline (I don't know if he did it or not). I was not involved on this, but I heard.
