A passenger in seat xb was scheduled to fly in the main cabin, but chose to situation in first class. When the agent requested his boarding pass, he reluctantly produced it. The agent instructed the passenger that he was to situation in the main cabin. The passenger refused to move. The passenger argued with the agent. The agent notified police. The passenger knew the agent called police, but he chose to remain in first class. An agent supervisor arrived and the passenger left the aircraft with belongings. The door was shut and we departed the gate.

Title: CABIN ATTENDANT RPT, S80, ORD-EWR. ON BOARDING, PAX BOOKED IN COACH SAT IN FIRST CLASS, REFUSED TO MOVE, EVEN AFTER POLICE WERE CALLED. SUPVR REMOVED PAX.

Narrative: A PAX IN SEAT XB WAS SCHEDULED TO FLY IN THE MAIN CABIN, BUT CHOSE TO SIT IN FIRST CLASS. WHEN THE AGENT REQUESTED HIS BOARDING PASS, HE RELUCTANTLY PRODUCED IT. THE AGENT INSTRUCTED THE PAX THAT HE WAS TO SIT IN THE MAIN CABIN. THE PAX REFUSED TO MOVE. THE PAX ARGUED WITH THE AGENT. THE AGENT NOTIFIED POLICE. THE PAX KNEW THE AGENT CALLED POLICE, BUT HE CHOSE TO REMAIN IN FIRST CLASS. AN AGENT SUPVR ARRIVED AND THE PAX LEFT THE ACFT WITH BELONGINGS. THE DOOR WAS SHUT AND WE DEPARTED THE GATE.
