Narrative:
On mar/xa/00, I was working on engine xyz rack XXX. I installed the #6 bearing onto the engine. I checked part numbers and verified the serial numbers which were both appropriate numbers. However, I failed to recognize the bearing had previously been installed on a dash 9 engine and should not have been used on a dash 217 engine.

Narrative: ON MAR/XA/00, I WAS WORKING ON ENG XYZ RACK XXX. I INSTALLED THE #6 BEARING ONTO THE ENG. I CHKED PART NUMBERS AND VERIFIED THE SERIAL NUMBERS WHICH WERE BOTH APPROPRIATE NUMBERS. HOWEVER, I FAILED TO RECOGNIZE THE BEARING HAD PREVIOUSLY BEEN INSTALLED ON A DASH 9 ENG AND SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN USED ON A DASH 217 ENG.
