Narrative:
I was working sector 7 radar with training being conducted on the RA position. It was a very heavy departure push from denver approach. I had a 'stuck mic' that lasted approximately 5-6 minutes. This greatly complicated the departure push. We instructed denver approach to maintain radio communications with all aircraft until we could re-establish control of my frequencies. The only coordination I received regarding military X was that he was assigned a 090 heading. About 1 minute later military X made an approximate 90 degree turn to the south and entered sector 27 airspace without a hand off. Later I was asked to check if military X was on my frequency; he was; and I shipped the aircraft to sector 27. Military X never checked on my frequency. I did not accept a hand off from denver approach; maybe the RA position did. Recommendation; better communication and coordination between denver approach and my RA position.
