Narrative:

An aircraft was descended through cle airspace without a pointout. This sector was being trained on by myself and a trainee. We had just acquired the sector 2 weeks ago and myself and the trainee were not aware of an airspace change approximately 1 yr ago delegating the airspace to cleveland approach. Our maps and LOA's we studied did not show the change. The maps on the quality assurance office wall were incorrect as was the information handed out to new trainees. To correct this problem, all old maps and LOA's should be destroyed. Also, all materials given to new trainees should be current.
