Narrative:

Last passenger to board was ms X. Got to row 5/6 and became agitated because she was not in first class as she was 'supposed to situation in first class.' I took her to the gate agent who was standing in forward entry area as we were ready to depart, except for passenger. She finally agreed to step onto the jetbridge to discuss her seat assignment with the passenger service manager and the gate agent. She started yelling and screaming and threatening the passenger service manager and agent plus 4 policemen and 1 M.P. Was eventually handcuffed. Passenger in other seat said ms X had created a disturbance at front ticket counter when he was checking in for flight. Heard later that she had been refused boarding by other air carrier earlier in day. She did not appear to be intoxicated and no smell of any alcohol.
