Narrative:

During the month of april, our busiest traffic, R3005 and 43007 become hot. It increases the workload of the controller because of vectors around restr airspace and in trail separation to go around it with aircraft at same altitude. This is unsafe for the controllers and pilots when the solution is to have restr airspace cold 2 weeks out of april to provide better and safe service. Management notified via ucr. Must tell military as soon as possible so they can schedule for next yr.
