Narrative:

I was in the aft galley with 2 or 3 other flight attendants, when a passenger seated in seat xd came out of the lavatory and asked for a beer. Not only his breath smelled like alcohol, but he also smelled like he just had a cigarette in the lavatory. I asked him in spanish (he only spoke spanish), he said no, but he did have cigarettes in his pocket. He was not rude or abusive at all. But I know for a fact he just had a cigarette and he also acted very strange since he got on board: getting out of his seat and asking for food or alcohol every 5 mins. We never served him alcohol, we always gave him soda or something else instead. Before we landed in boston, I gave him the bottom part of the misconduct form that we have on board, and asked the captain to call the police upon arrival. I didn't think that it was necessary to arrest him, but I definitely thought that they needed to scare him a little bit, so he wouldn't do it again on any future flts. So the police came, talked to him (I translated for him and police) and he apologized to the captain and myself and promised not to do it again.
