Narrative:
On oct/tue/00, XA30 am, I was informed by my supervisor that my rii (required inspection item qualification) was expired prior to my accomplishing the rii on aircraft xyz. APU change. See attached non-compliance and wish to report this event. After being notified I accomplished required cbt training.
