Narrative:

Somebody went inside the cockpit and put a 75 code in ACARS. Supposedly the aircraft had 2 security guards aboard. Passenger were boarding, then everybody was deplaned and checked, even crew members. It seems to be that there is a big lack of security in mdhe airport, putting passenger and crew at risk. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated that the airplane was on the ground in santo domingo for a 2 1/2 hour layover, and the crew deplaned while the aircraft was cleaned. Whoever put the 75 code in the ACARS had to have done it during this time, and security was supposed to have been on the plane while it is being cleaned. The pilots told him that the person responsible knew what they were doing, eg, knew pilot procedures.
