Narrative:

Called for clearance from loz. I cleared him to an initial altitude of 5000 ft. When he departed, I idented him and climbed him to 9000 ft. The aircraft wasn't departed in the host computer, therefore a track was never started. This resulted in aircraft flying through other sector's airspace without coordination. As a result, this aircraft also got within 3 mi of another aircraft. After this, the problem was fixed and track was properly started.
