Narrative:
Captain, after sidestep at ewr, lines up to land runway 4L. At low altitude I called 'displaced threshold.' captain ignored me and landed anyway. I don't think he realizes what he did!

Narrative: CAPT, AFTER SIDESTEP AT EWR, LINES UP TO LAND RWY 4L. AT LOW ALT I CALLED 'DISPLACED THRESHOLD.' CAPT IGNORED ME AND LANDED ANYWAY. I DON'T THINK HE REALIZES WHAT HE DID!
