Narrative:

On departure from an airport in afghanistan. We were being jammed electronically on departure frequency during the whole departure. We initially were given a straight out climb; finally followed by a right 90 degree turn and I think a climb to fl 200. The pilot flying dialed in FL210 that I did not catch. I questioned the altitude both of the pilot flying and ATC. I saw FL205 before we started down to fl 200. This is the best that I recall.
