Narrative:

Departed sju at XA57Z en route to miami. At almost top of climb, engine advisory came on and indicated overheated #2 nac temperature above 170 degrees. Isolated all air bleeds coming out of that engine and temperature returned to normal. Returned to sju. Had equipment stand by. No over weight landing. Upon inspection, maintenance found reverse bleed line, a 1 1/2 inch pipe, cracked and burnt and melted in many places. Also, could not get APU bleed operating in air to supplement air for packs, if needed. Bleed would not work on the ground either. No emergency declared as situation was contained by turning all air sources off and out of engine. Copilot said he did experience some difficulty on reversing #2 engine. Never did get any bleed light or warnings.
