Narrative:

While working miami south departure, homestead sector, I released an mlt X off homestead AFB. Mlt X departed heading 180 degree and was radar idented and climbed to 16000 ft. Meanwhile I became busy with tmb arrival traffic and let mlt X get into miami center's airspace. Mlt X was 8 mi into ZMA's airspace before I could coordination and turn mlt X clear of their airspace. Supervisor was notified and decertification procedures were initiated.

Narrative: WHILE WORKING MIAMI S DEP, HOMESTEAD SECTOR, I RELEASED AN MLT X OFF HOMESTEAD AFB. MLT X DEPARTED HDG 180 DEG AND WAS RADAR IDENTED AND CLBED TO 16000 FT. MEANWHILE I BECAME BUSY WITH TMB ARR TFC AND LET MLT X GET INTO MIAMI CTR'S AIRSPACE. MLT X WAS 8 MI INTO ZMA'S AIRSPACE BEFORE I COULD COORD AND TURN MLT X CLR OF THEIR AIRSPACE. SUPVR WAS NOTIFIED AND DECERTIFICATION PROCS WERE INITIATED.
