Narrative:

I was cleared to land on runway 23. I was given traffic advisory for an aircraft landing on runway 18L, but was not advised of traffic being a factor. After T/D and rollout I made a left turn to exit runway 23 and proceed to the FBO. I made the left turn on runway 18L with the intention to exit off at the next intersection. After making the left turn onto runway 18L tower advised me to continue down runway 23 and exit off at taxiway C. I advised tower I was parking at aviation. Tower advised he had traffic on approach to runway 18L and I was not cleared on runway 18L. I made a 180 degree turn and proceeded as instructed. I feel the incident could have been prevented if tower had advised me to roll through the intersection of runway 23 and runway 18L in consideration of landing traffic. Since the FBO's are located off the east side of runway 18L-36R the tower should have anticipated the possible conflict. I exited the runway after landing as soon as possible to facilitate common good operating technique. Proper ATC procedure was lacking and contributed to this incident.

Title: GA SMA TURNED OFF ON INTERSECTING RWY WITHOUT CLRNC AND ANOTHER ACFT WAS ON APCH TO THIS RWY AT THE TIME. ATCT LCL CTLR INTERVENED AND THE SMA EXITED THE RWY.

Narrative: I WAS CLRED TO LAND ON RWY 23. I WAS GIVEN TFC ADVISORY FOR AN ACFT LNDG ON RWY 18L, BUT WAS NOT ADVISED OF TFC BEING A FACTOR. AFTER T/D AND ROLLOUT I MADE A LEFT TURN TO EXIT RWY 23 AND PROCEED TO THE FBO. I MADE THE LEFT TURN ON RWY 18L WITH THE INTENTION TO EXIT OFF AT THE NEXT INTXN. AFTER MAKING THE LEFT TURN ONTO RWY 18L TWR ADVISED ME TO CONTINUE DOWN RWY 23 AND EXIT OFF AT TXWY C. I ADVISED TWR I WAS PARKING AT AVIATION. TWR ADVISED HE HAD TFC ON APCH TO RWY 18L AND I WAS NOT CLRED ON RWY 18L. I MADE A 180 DEG TURN AND PROCEEDED AS INSTRUCTED. I FEEL THE INCIDENT COULD HAVE BEEN PREVENTED IF TWR HAD ADVISED ME TO ROLL THROUGH THE INTXN OF RWY 23 AND RWY 18L IN CONSIDERATION OF LNDG TFC. SINCE THE FBO'S ARE LOCATED OFF THE EAST SIDE OF RWY 18L-36R THE TWR SHOULD HAVE ANTICIPATED THE POSSIBLE CONFLICT. I EXITED THE RWY AFTER LNDG ASAP TO FACILITATE COMMON GOOD OPERATING TECHNIQUE. PROPER ATC PROC WAS LACKING AND CONTRIBUTED TO THIS INCIDENT.
