Title: The pilot of a Bearhawk homebuilt aircraft reported experiencing an engine failure while in the traffic pattern at a foreign airport. A successful forced landing was accomplished at the airport; however the left landing gear collapsed as the result of a ground loop.
Narrative: Engine quit on downwind. Made emergency landing ground loop left main gear collapsed.
