Narrative:

Small transport Y was on a vector to bjc by the sr 2 controller, and vectored into my airspace without a pointout at 10,000'. Air carrier X was on a vector for J17 and 10,000' being worked by me, the DR2 controller. No actions were taken. Traffic was issued. To solve the problem, better use of present rules and regulations. This was discovered by me and traffic was issued. It was caused by poor controller technique.
