Narrative:

Following parking marshaller instructions we taxied into a baggage cart, striking left wing tip, braking navigation light. Aircraft was on centerline 3' from final position when collision occurred. From this point I (captain) was unable to see left wing tip. Prior to taxi in all carts were outside of orange pylons, white lines were not visible from cockpit. Upon ground inspection lines have faded and need repainting.
