Restr R-5115 is not shown on the current commercial chart low altitude en route chart #10. R-5115 is shown on the current el paso sectional chart. Commercial charts may not be reliable for VFR navigation. Callback conversation with reporter revealed following information. Reporter states many people fly as he does, VFR with IFR charts because you don't need as many to cover a given area. Have the subscription for IFR so updated regularly. States he had checked sectional on board as he passed VOR and noticed restr. Area so stayed to the north near the mountains to avoid.
