Narrative:

On an IFR flight from tol to ptk, I cancelled IFR just northeast of arb airport in order to avoid vectors for an approach, being as good VFR conditions existed. The controller advised that I was clear of the detroit TCA and to remain clear. At that point, I turned direct to ptk airport. After reviewing my flight path, I realized that I may have cut the corner of the TCA and may also have possibly been in the yip air traffic area. Being as the flight was initiated on an IFR flight plan, I did not have a TCA chart in front of me because I was not concerned with entering the TCA west/O clearance. If I would have had a TCA chart out before cancelling IFR, this possible TCA (and air traffic area) intrusion would not have happened.
