Narrative:

An overweight takeoff occurred due to an error on the load manifest. The ramp agent (and a trainee) did not add 120 pounds of mail placed in the rear cargo area of an small transport to the weight balance. The mail was on the list of rear baggage but was improperly transferred to the weight and balance form. The ramp/gate agent trainee did not transfer the numbers correctly. The aircraft was approximately 100 pounds over gross (12,600 pounds at takeoff) the aircraft pitched up sharply upon rotation due to an aft loaded C.G. Condition. The captain (PF) recovered and we continued with a normal flight. The crew was informed of the problem on a routine company call.
