Narrative:

Woke up at xb:00 am on day 1 as usual. Tried to nap that afternoon but could not! Left dfw at xq:O9 due to a late aircraft arrival. Arrived in ord at xa:49 on day 2. Had not slept for 23 hours. Went to hotel near airport. Almost asleep when hotel maintenance came to fix bath tub. Maids made noise all day. Polka festival and band at pool all afternoon. Aircraft departed ord and flew about 500 to 1000' over head all day. No sleep!! Went to work at xo:15. Flew thru phx and tus to dfw and arrived at XA30 no sleep for 47 1/2 hours. This is a very unsafe schedule and should not be allowed for the safety of passenger and crew. I did not feel too bad signing in at ord as this was the first trip of the month, but the leg from tus to dfw was terrible.
