Narrative:

Report of fatigue on a 3 day trip. Trip was characterized by 1ST day -- I leg. 2ND day -- 8 legs (12 hour duty). 3RD day -- 3 legs (6 hour duty). Rest of 8:16 scheduled between 2ND and 3RD day. Transportation to/from hotel equals 30 mins each way. Chkin/chkout, wind down time, shave/shower account for another 1 hour. Stop and got dinner at restaurant on way to hotel -- 15 mins. Result is 6 hours rest (maximum) following 12 hour day with multiple approachs, followed by 6 hour day on 3RD day. Felt tired/fatigued on last leg. Behind aircraft tasks and workload. Not safe! Someone is going to get hurt.

Title: AN LTT FO COMPLAINS ABOUT FLC BEHAVIOR FATIGUE AND THE SCHEDULING PRACTICES OF HIS ACR.

Narrative: RPT OF FATIGUE ON A 3 DAY TRIP. TRIP WAS CHARACTERIZED BY 1ST DAY -- I LEG. 2ND DAY -- 8 LEGS (12 HR DUTY). 3RD DAY -- 3 LEGS (6 HR DUTY). REST OF 8:16 SCHEDULED BTWN 2ND AND 3RD DAY. TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM HOTEL EQUALS 30 MINS EACH WAY. CHKIN/CHKOUT, WIND DOWN TIME, SHAVE/SHOWER ACCOUNT FOR ANOTHER 1 HR. STOP AND GOT DINNER AT RESTAURANT ON WAY TO HOTEL -- 15 MINS. RESULT IS 6 HRS REST (MAX) FOLLOWING 12 HR DAY WITH MULTIPLE APCHS, FOLLOWED BY 6 HR DAY ON 3RD DAY. FELT TIRED/FATIGUED ON LAST LEG. BEHIND ACFT TASKS AND WORKLOAD. NOT SAFE! SOMEONE IS GOING TO GET HURT.
