Narrative:

While operating under far 121 supplemental rules, crew scheduling supplied the pilots with bid sheets for our schedules for the month of feb. Feb/sun/97, we were scheduled for 7 hours and 55 mins of actual flight time. The next day we totaled up our flying time and discovered we flew 8 hours and 53 mins. I was very surprised. I then added up the bid sheet and it totaled 8:55. Crew scheduling apparently made a mistake in the addition of total flight time. In the future, I will do a quick add up of our scheduled flight time for the day prior to leaving.
