Narrative:

Operations were normal until first officer moved flap handle from 20 degrees to 25 degrees and then to 30 degrees while the flap indicator needle stopped at 20 degrees and the master warning and caution lights illuminated. EICAS message te flap disagree appeared on upper screen; and the associated audio warning sounded. Performed a go around. Completed the QRH te flap disagree checklist. Performed a flaps 20 approach and landing. Referenced the hot brakes table and determined to be in the caution area of the chart.

Title: A B767-300 EICAS alerted TE FLAP DISAGREE when the flaps were selected from 20 to 25. The QRH was complied with and a normal landing followed.
