Narrative:
I came to work and was informed by e-mail that a slat repair I had done failed. I do not recall doing this repair; however; I feel that it was done per structural repair manual to the best of my ability. The slat repair failed at an outstation on aircraft. This is all the information I have.

Title: A Maintenance Supervisor was informed by company E-mail that a slat repair he had done on a B737-300 had failed. Supervisor notes that he doesn't recall performing the repair.
Narrative: I came to work and was informed by e-mail that a slat repair I had done failed.
