Narrative:

I came to work and was informed by e-mail that a slat repair I had done failed. I do not recall doing this repair; however; I feel that it was done per structural repair manual to the best of my ability. The slat repair failed at an outstation on aircraft. This is all the information I have.

Narrative: I came to work and was informed by e-mail that a slat repair I had done failed. I do not recall doing this repair; however; I feel that it was done per Structural Repair Manual to the best of my ability. The slat repair failed at an outstation on aircraft.
