Narrative:
Got smoke toilet message about 200 ft off the ground. Notified ATC immediately that we were staying in the area and would return to ZZZ. They kept us at 5;000 ft then vectored us back to ZZZ. Declared emergency; had crash fire rescue. Landed overweight. No smoke/fumes/fire reported by tower; crash fire rescue; or flight attendant. At the gate; maintenance also stated no damage. All company sops followed.
