Narrative:

Was on a part 91 from lny to mkk in small transport. At engine start called on 122.9 that I was leaving the ramp and taxiing to runway. At approach to the runway I called on 122.9 that I was going to back taxi runway 21 for departure. I heard no transmissions from any other aircraft nor did I observe any other aircraft around the airport. Upon reaching the end of runway 21 and turning around to depart, there was an air carrier mdt on landing roll on runway 3, and turning off to the ramp. I called on 122.9 and he said he heard none of my transmissions and I told him I heard none of his. Proceeded to mkk west/O further incident.
