Narrative:

While parking at ZZZ a tug comes roaring through the redbox directly in front of the aircraft; barely missing the guideman; who misses the whole thing as it happens behind him. Apparently; we have accomplished 'not enough' retraining based upon the last occurrence. Check the ramp video tapes and nail this person before he hurts himself or others.
