Narrative:
During a training flight; my instructor had the controls in order to land the plane. Upon landing; she dolphined a couple of times; wind lifted the left wing; and we were going towards the side of the runway nearly running off of the runway. She added a little power to allow us to get back onto the runway resulting in a propeller strike. The propeller was bent on both blades (on the end of the blades). There was a little bit of a crosswind; but not an excessive amount.
