Narrative:

While on a visual approach to runway xx at ZZZ and below 1500 ft AGL; received an ECAM alert for 'engine 1 thrust lever disagreement.' engine #1 was at idle and engine #2 operating normally. Observed ECAM procedure and landed without further incident. On arrival; notified dispatcher; made logbook entry and conferred with maintenance. Postflt report indicated sensor failure. Observed ECAM procedure. Changed to flaps 3 degree landing at approximately 1000 ft AGL. Continued to a landing in VMC conditions. Waited to contact dispatcher and maintenance until after landing due to the fact that event occurred only mins before touchdown.

OBSERVED ECAM PROC AND LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. ON ARR; NOTIFIED DISPATCHER; MADE LOGBOOK ENTRY AND CONFERRED WITH MAINT. POSTFLT RPT INDICATED SENSOR FAILURE. OBSERVED ECAM PROC. CHANGED TO FLAPS 3 DEG LNDG AT APPROX 1000 FT AGL. CONTINUED TO A LNDG IN VMC CONDITIONS. WAITED TO CONTACT DISPATCHER AND MAINT UNTIL AFTER LNDG DUE TO THE FACT THAT EVENT OCCURRED ONLY MINS BEFORE TOUCHDOWN.
