Narrative:

I was working oceanic position OC3 at the time of the incident between air carrier X and air carrier Y. Upon air carrier Y progressing doner; the progress report showed FL320. The data block/flight plan showed FL340. Through commercial radio; I requested air carrier Y verify altitude. Air carrier Y again reported at FL320. I entered FL320 as the new altitude for air carrier Y and ocean 21 (atop) displayed an alert between air carrier X and air carrier Y; both at FL320 (6 mins in trail). I then asked air carrier Y if able FL330. Aircraft stated affirmative and I immediately climbed aircraft to FL330.
