Narrative:

Pre departure clearance for flight ab (jfk/tpa) received at XA06 cleared us on the jfk 9 departure, canarsie climb transition. We inserted a waypoint into the flight plan to reflect this departure procedure, the canarsie 176 degree radial from cri. During the departure, we proceeded to execute the jfk 9 departure followed by the canarsie climb transition. Passing through 4000 ft and 4 NM outbound on the canarsie 176 degree radial, new york departure first asked our heading, then which departure we were on. We replied the jfk 9 departure, canarsie climb. His response (jfk departure) was that we should be on the breezy point transition/climb. We informed him the canarsie climb was given to us on our pre departure clearance. We were then vectored to rbv to join the breezy point climb/transition and then the controller handed us off to another frequency. This is the second time I have run into this situation. Where the pre departure clearance and the controller's expected transition for our aircraft differed. Each time we had a hard copy of the pre departure clearance stating the 'canarsie climb/transition' and not the 'breezy point climb/transition.'

Title: A300 DEPARTING JFK EXPERIENCED PDC AND DEP CTLR INSTRUCTION DISAGREEMENT.

Narrative: PDC FOR FLT AB (JFK/TPA) RECEIVED AT XA06 CLRED US ON THE JFK 9 DEP, CANARSIE CLB TRANSITION. WE INSERTED A WAYPOINT INTO THE FLT PLAN TO REFLECT THIS DEP PROC, THE CANARSIE 176 DEG RADIAL FROM CRI. DURING THE DEP, WE PROCEEDED TO EXECUTE THE JFK 9 DEP FOLLOWED BY THE CANARSIE CLB TRANSITION. PASSING THROUGH 4000 FT AND 4 NM OUTBOUND ON THE CANARSIE 176 DEG RADIAL, NEW YORK DEP FIRST ASKED OUR HDG, THEN WHICH DEP WE WERE ON. WE REPLIED THE JFK 9 DEP, CANARSIE CLB. HIS RESPONSE (JFK DEP) WAS THAT WE SHOULD BE ON THE BREEZY POINT TRANSITION/CLB. WE INFORMED HIM THE CANARSIE CLB WAS GIVEN TO US ON OUR PDC. WE WERE THEN VECTORED TO RBV TO JOIN THE BREEZY POINT CLB/TRANSITION AND THEN THE CTLR HANDED US OFF TO ANOTHER FREQ. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE RUN INTO THIS SIT. WHERE THE PDC AND THE CTLR'S EXPECTED TRANSITION FOR OUR ACFT DIFFERED. EACH TIME WE HAD A HARD COPY OF THE PDC STATING THE 'CANARSIE CLB/TRANSITION' AND NOT THE 'BREEZY POINT CLB/TRANSITION.'
