Narrative:

When we originated flight; the aircraft was on a MEL for an oxygen bottle being partially used the night prior. The release was properly annotated as well as all of the other paperwork; including the logbook. After arrival to ZZZ; maintenance came aboard and replaced the bottle/mask; and completed the logbook; removing the MEL. However; the dispatch release was not noted or coordinated with dispatch prior to pushing back from the gate. After pushback; prior to taxi; the captain contacted dispatch and acquired the dispatcher's initials and time correcting the release to show no MEL/cdl items. We annotated our release and contacted operations to annotate their release. So the mistake was not properly coordinating the status of the aircraft with dispatch and the corresponding release paperwork. Slow down and pay more attention to the paperwork.

Title: A B737-700 HAD A DEFERRED ITEM FOR CREW OXYGEN BOTTLE REPLACEMENT. MAINT REPLACED BOTTLE AND REMOVED THE PLACARD AND CLRED THE LOGBOOK. MAINT RELEASE DID NOT INDICATE ITEM WAS CLRED.

Narrative: WHEN WE ORIGINATED FLT; THE ACFT WAS ON A MEL FOR AN OXYGEN BOTTLE BEING PARTIALLY USED THE NIGHT PRIOR. THE RELEASE WAS PROPERLY ANNOTATED AS WELL AS ALL OF THE OTHER PAPERWORK; INCLUDING THE LOGBOOK. AFTER ARR TO ZZZ; MAINT CAME ABOARD AND REPLACED THE BOTTLE/MASK; AND COMPLETED THE LOGBOOK; REMOVING THE MEL. HOWEVER; THE DISPATCH RELEASE WAS NOT NOTED OR COORDINATED WITH DISPATCH PRIOR TO PUSHING BACK FROM THE GATE. AFTER PUSHBACK; PRIOR TO TAXI; THE CAPT CONTACTED DISPATCH AND ACQUIRED THE DISPATCHER'S INITIALS AND TIME CORRECTING THE RELEASE TO SHOW NO MEL/CDL ITEMS. WE ANNOTATED OUR RELEASE AND CONTACTED OPS TO ANNOTATE THEIR RELEASE. SO THE MISTAKE WAS NOT PROPERLY COORDINATING THE STATUS OF THE ACFT WITH DISPATCH AND THE CORRESPONDING RELEASE PAPERWORK. SLOW DOWN AND PAY MORE ATTN TO THE PAPERWORK.
