Narrative:

I work for air carrier X. I was notified by our local union shop committee to fill out a NASA form concerning aircraft X. This was in reference to a water leak I re-deferred to maintenance controller on aug/thu/05. I had a scheduled work card and it required me to change a circuit breaker for a water leak. I re-deferred the card because I was unsure why anyone would have asked to have a leak fixed by replacing a circuit breaker. I conferred with my manager about the card and he asked me to re-defer the log for the correct fix.
