Narrative:
FAA ramp inspection found 1/4 inch crack in right inboard flap fairing. Stop drilled and cleared logbook. Logbook should have been deferred. Working the day in question, may/xx/97, a number of aircraft had small problems and in facting out the logbook sheets, I failed to notice that my signoff was incorrect. On this date, jun/yy/97, I have corrected the records.

WORKING THE DAY IN QUESTION, MAY/XX/97, A NUMBER OF ACFT HAD SMALL PROBS AND IN FACTING OUT THE LOGBOOK SHEETS, I FAILED TO NOTICE THAT MY SIGNOFF WAS INCORRECT. ON THIS DATE, JUN/YY/97, I HAVE CORRECTED THE RECORDS.
