Narrative:

Air carrier X was on departure roll on runway 13 during moderate to heavy rain when the amass (airport movement and safety system) issued a go around warning with no other aircraft involved. Subsequently; the amass equipment was set in limited mode rendering it ineffective. Install asde-X system which can be reliably used during inclement WX.
