Narrative:

A320 was swbound over imb VOR. B737 was sebound over imb VOR with other aircraft crossing over imb VOR at same time with different altitudes. When I thought the A320 was clear of the B737; I climbed them; and they got an RA. I climbed the A320 before there was enough lateral separation. I confused him with one of the other aircraft that was over imb VOR at the same time.

Title: ZSE CTLR EXPERIENCED OPERROR AT FL370 WITH XING TFC; WHEN CLB CLRNCS WERE ISSUED TOO EARLY.

Narrative: A320 WAS SWBOUND OVER IMB VOR. B737 WAS SEBOUND OVER IMB VOR WITH OTHER ACFT XING OVER IMB VOR AT SAME TIME WITH DIFFERENT ALTS. WHEN I THOUGHT THE A320 WAS CLR OF THE B737; I CLBED THEM; AND THEY GOT AN RA. I CLBED THE A320 BEFORE THERE WAS ENOUGH LATERAL SEPARATION. I CONFUSED HIM WITH ONE OF THE OTHER ACFT THAT WAS OVER IMB VOR AT THE SAME TIME.
