Narrative:

#1 spoiler fully deployed on takeoff. Would not retract. Returned to field. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: in the logbook and report #4 spoiler was written up but the actual spoiler was #1 that was deployed. Maintenance advised the spoiler actuator failed. The airplane was ctlable with slight yoke input.

Narrative: #1 SPOILER FULLY DEPLOYED ON TKOF. WOULD NOT RETRACT. RETURNED TO FIELD. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: IN THE LOGBOOK AND RPT #4 SPOILER WAS WRITTEN UP BUT THE ACTUAL SPOILER WAS #1 THAT WAS DEPLOYED. MAINT ADVISED THE SPOILER ACTUATOR FAILED. THE AIRPLANE WAS CTLABLE WITH SLIGHT YOKE INPUT.
