Narrative:
#2 engine fire warning on climb out of ZZZ. I ran #2 engine after the engine was changed to takeoff power on 2 separate occasions. In neither instance did the fire warning light illuminate. As the lead on the crew, I observed the technician securing this tai-clamp [thermal anti-ice valve duct clamp] prior to stamping the applicable block on the engine change paper work. After the completion of the leak check run, I was informed by the technician observing the engine there were no leaks. Installed new clamp on #2 tai duct.
